Stock Availability

We ask that you bear in mind, that as we operate a store, that there may be occasions where an item which is currently listed may become ‘out of stock’ in a certain colour or size. We will inform you of this ASAP before debiting any funds should this occur. Please feel free to contact us beforehand to check availability before making a transaction.

Shipping

Shipping costs are determined at the point of checkout on the website and is added to the total amount spent and debited from chosen method of card payment.

Packaging


Please note that some items may not be delivered in their original packaging. This is due to the fact that the particular item may be the last of its style or a sale item and the original packaging has been destroyed for shop display purposes.

When packaging items for delivery, we use plain colour sealable bags which are sealed securely and tamper proof.

Delivery

We endeavour to have products delivered to you within 48 hours after the transaction has been made. Unfortunately we cannot accept any responsibility for any delays which might occur with any postal services.

Warranties

Nautica-menswear.co.uk is unable to provide any warranties in relation to the goods provided over and above its statutory obligation to provide goods of satisfactory quality in accordance with the Sale of Goods Act 1979 as amended by the Sale and Supply of Goods Act 1994.

Refunds & Exchanges

A refund will only be issued when the item(s) is returned in its original and re-saleable condition with all swing tickets and labelling attached.

Goods must be returned within 7 days of purchase, where you will receive either an exchange or refund.
